Here is a before/after of one of my own personal projects. I have two chairs very similar and one has been restored.

Fixed any cracks, tightened legs, sanded, painted with two coats of Fusion Paint, and I removed the wicker webbing and recreated a new sturdy soft weaved seat with new weavers cloth tape. It came out beautiful!

This one has a tiny cushion stuffed in the seat as an added touch!
